Low power thymus, lobules separated by interlobular septa, septa consisting of epithelial cells from capsule.
Darker area is cortex, filled with immature smaller lymphocytes.
Inner area is medulla, paler in appearance due to relatively less dense lymphocyte presence. Lymphocytes in medulla are large and mature.
Higher magnification of a lobule. Presence of interlobular vessels situated in epithelial layer.
Presence of Hassall corpuscle very faintly in medulla.

I found these squamoid, plasma cell looking aggregate of cells in the lower right. What are they?
