Cell lines A, B and C are propagated separately. Volume of the growth is measured after a week(5 plates per species). A & B grown together(total of 5 plates), B&C grown together(total of 5 plates), A&C grown together(total of 5 plates), A&B&C are grown together(total of 5 plates). Volumes of cell lines are measured after a week's time.
Separete A, B and C plates are prepared(15 plates each). Each cell line receives 5 different levels of radiation doses. Their volumes are measured after a week and compared with (1)'s each cell line growth.
A&B&C plates(15 plates are prepared) receive 5 different levels of radiation doses. Their volumes are measured after a week and compared with (1)'s A&B&C growth pattern.
